UpgradeHub provides a QR ordering system for restaurants, cafés, and bars. Our service allows customers to scan QR codes, view digital menus, place orders, and receive real-time kitchen notifications.

3. Contact and Inquiries

When you contact us via our contact form, WhatsApp, or email, you provide us with your name, email address, phone number, and restaurant name. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential business opportunities. You are not required to create an account to use our contact services.

4. Business Discussions

When you reach out to discuss business, we will have conversations about your restaurant needs, potential pricing, and implementation timelines. Any information shared during these discussions will be kept confidential and used only to provide you with accurate information about our services.

5. Payments

When you decide to purchase our service, subscription fees will be discussed and agreed upon. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. UpgradeHub does not store or have access to your payment card details. Stripe handles all payment processing directly between you and their secure platform.

6. No Account Required

UpgradeHub does not require you to create an online account. All communication and business arrangements are handled directly via WhatsApp, email, or phone calls. You do not need to manage any passwords or account settings on our platform.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel our service at any time by contacting us directly via WhatsApp or email. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

8. User Responsibilities

As a restaurant owner using our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate menu information and pricing
  • Ensure your QR codes are properly displayed at your location
  • Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service
  • Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
  • Handle customer orders and payments appropriately

9. Data Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to communicate with you: name, email, phone number, and restaurant name. You have the right to request complete deletion of your data at any time. Simply contact us and we will permanently remove all your information from our systems.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of UpgradeHub are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without explicit permission. Your menu content and restaurant data remain your property.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UpgradeHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost customers, technical issues, or downtime beyond our control.

12. Service Availability

We strive to keep UpgradeHub available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues. We are not liable for temporary downtime.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or WhatsApp. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance.
