My Story
From infrastructure to systems that work
I started my career in IT as a System Administrator. Managing servers, networks, and infrastructure gave me a deep appreciation for how technology actually works beneath the surface — and how easily it can break when things are poorly designed.
Over the years, I noticed something consistent across the businesses I worked with: the problem was rarely the technology itself. It was the lack of a clear system around it. Businesses were buying more software, more tools, more subscriptions — yet their operations were still slow, still manual, still fragmented.
That realization changed the direction of my work. I shifted my focus toward workflow automation, AI, and helping business owners simplify how their operations actually run. The goal became not to add more complexity, but to remove it.
Today, I combine infrastructure knowledge, automation, website development, and consulting to help businesses become genuinely more efficient — while remaining independent from platforms they do not control.
