Do customers need to download an app?

No. Everything works in their phone browser. They scan the QR code and the menu opens instantly. No app stores. No downloads. No accounts.

Does this replace our waitstaff?

No. Staff still controls what gets served. They approve orders on their tablet. The system removes the chaos of taking verbal orders during rush hour, but staff remains in full control.

What if a customer doesn't have a smartphone?

You keep your normal counter or verbal ordering. QR ordering is an additional option, not a replacement. Customers without smartphones order the traditional way.

Will customers actually use it, or will they still ask staff?

Most customers prefer ordering from their phone when it's simple and fast. However, staff is still available for assistance, so the system works as a hybrid — digital ordering + human support.

Why would customers use it instead of calling staff?

Because it's faster and more comfortable. Customers can browse at their own pace, avoid waiting for attention, order without pressure, and see the full menu instantly. Most people prefer self-service when it's simple.

Is this just a QR code ordering system?

No. QR is just the entry point. We are improving restaurant workflows: ordering flow, communication flow, kitchen coordination, and customer decision flow. QR is simply the easiest interface for that system.

Can customers order from home after they leave?

Technically yes, but every order requires staff approval on their tablet. If a customer tries to order from home, your staff sees 'Table 5 - Remote Order' and simply rejects it. No food is made. No chaos.

If staff approves every order, what's the benefit?

No more handwriting mistakes. No more yelling orders in a noisy kitchen. Customers browse your full menu (not just what they remember). They add drinks and dessert because there's no line pressure. Your staff becomes quality controllers. Less chaos. Higher check averages.

How long does setup take?

About 5-10 minutes. You add your menu items, print the QR codes, and place them on tables. No technical skills needed.

Do I need special hardware?

No. You just need a tablet or phone to receive orders. Your existing printer or kitchen display works fine.

What about payment?

Customers pay at the counter like they normally do. We don't handle payments. You keep your existing payment system.

Can I update my menu myself?

We handle it for you. Just contact us with what needs to change — prices, new items, sold out items, anything. We'll make the updates for you. No dashboard to learn.

Do you offer support?

Yes. Free support via email and WhatsApp. Real humans, not bots.
